Preparation of the specimen
1、Collect a nasopharyngeal sample using a sterile swab
2、Insert the swab into the extraction tube containing the extraction buffer
3、Stir for 10 seconds and press against the tube wall to release the antigens
4、Remove the swab and close the tube
Performing the test
1、Equilibrate the test cassette, the extracted sample and controls to to room temperature
2、Take the test cassette from the sealed foil pouch and use immediately
3、Add 3 drops of extracted sample to each of the two sample wells (S) Wait for the colored line(s) to appear
4、Read the results at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes or longer.
